Growing up in the St. Croix River Valley region of Stillwater, MN and Osceola, WI, Captain Jarrid Houston loves and respects river fishing — the St. Louis River is his strong suit, as well as ice fishing on Lake Superior. Captain Jarrid's passion for fishing in the outdoors is second to none. He's USCG, First Aid/CPR Certified and knows the ins and outs of handling the Great Lakes and the many surrounding waters of the Twin Ports (Duluth/Superior) area. He also has a robust resume of different media avenues/platforms including, but not limited to, Local & regional appearances on popular fishing television shows and numerous outdoor publications and even writes the weekly fishing column for the Duluth News Tribune and Northland Outdoors.
