Lake of the Woods Musky Buzz Bite Report 9-24-2022
The musky action has been good up here on Lake of the Woods.
We’ve been seeing lots of fish on shallow structure in less than twelve feet of water. Look for fish on main lake rocky points, main lake rocky reefs, narrows, and any weed beds with standing green weeds.
Bucktails and topwater baits continue to produce a majority of the fish, but as the water temps continue to drop these fish are going to move deeper, and big rubber baits and deep diving crankbaits are going to be the go-to presentations.
These same patterns will work across much of Canada, Minnesota and Northern Wisconsin.
