Eastern Dakotas Buzz Bite Report 5-16-2022
The fishing is beginning to heat up over here in the Eastern Dakotas. Right now water temperates are anywhere from the mid-fifties down into the forties depending on where you are on the lake and which direct the wind is blowing.
For the best bite search out that warmer water.
Northern pike can be found in the back of most shallow bays and they are aggressive. You can catch these fish casting crankbaits or on a jig & plastics.
You will also find good numbers of walleyes mixed in.
As the weather continues to warm up the bite is only going to get better.
